First I want to thank everybody that has sent me kind words of support. I know many people don't understand why I was cut after 1 loss. The facts are that I didn't perform to the best of my ablilities and now I have to face the consequences. I will continue fighting and hopefully with a couple good wins I will be back in the UFC or be picked up by another big organization. Continue

Hey guys what's up. Sorry I haven't blogged in a while. Things with me are good. I am looking for a fight sometime in June so stay tuned. Training has been top level at Grudge. We have Rashad Evans in town getting ready for his fight with Rampage so it has been really intense. I got back to my strength and conditioning work last week. Man the first day back was terrible. I could barely do 5 pull ups. lol. Continue
